1. How do I start/stop service?: To start/stop service please contact customer service at (909) 624-0035. A deposit is required when starting service.

4. How can I update my contact information?

MVWD relies on accurate contact information to provide customers with optimal customer service. Submit an online form to update your MVWD account information in our billing system. This does not change your online payment login.

5. What are the District's business hours?

The District is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is closed in observance of the following holidays:

7. When I sign up for water can I also sign up for trash and sewer service?

Montclair Residents

Monte Vista Water District will forward your information to the City of Montclair to establish your trash and sewer service account. For questions regarding these services, please call 909-625-9472.

Non-Montclair Residents

Monte Vista Water District does not bill for trash or sewer services. Contact your local city or county for information about trash and sewer services.
