Montclair High School students may are eligible to apply for MVWD’s Bruce J. Lance, Jr. Water Scholarship. These two $1,000 scholarships are available exclusively to Montclair High School seniors planning to attend a two- or four-year college in 2020. Deadline to apply: Thursday, March 12, 2020 by 5 pm.
