MVWD is proud to share the results of the customer opinion survey conducted in October 2021!
The District contracted with True North Research Inc. to conduct telephone and online surveys to learn customers' opinions of District performance, whether expectations were being met and to hear any concerns with water services. A total of 428 surveys were conducted with residential retail customers via telephone or online between October 6 - 18, 2021. Over 90% of customers expressed overall satisfaction with the job the District is doing to provide water services to their households. When asked to rate specific services, customers gave the highest marks to providing dependable and reliable water service as well as providing good customer service.
The previous customer survey, completed in 2016, provided benchmarks for Board and staff to evaluate overall performance. Similarly, this survey provides feedback to help guide District programs and strategic initiative projects.
