For your convenience the District accepts several forms of payment including cash, checks, debit and credit (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover).
Your bi-monthly bill reflects the amount of water already used. Meters are read every two months. Applicable fixed charges are also included and payment is required within 30 days. You now have the following payment options:

The Auto-Pay program is available to District customers who would prefer to pay their water utility account through an automatic debit to a checking or savings account or through an automatic credit to a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover account.
Customers may enroll in the program by submitting a signed and completed Auto-Pay Application (PDF) to the District office. To update your banking or credit card information, please contact Customer Service at (909) 624-0035.

Walk-in payments may be delivered to our office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
A Payment Drop Box is located outside the front gate entrance of the District office and can be accessed 24 hours a day. Please remember to place your payment in an envelope clearly labeled with your name and account number (no cash, please). Payments delivered to the Night Box after 7:30 a.m. will be processed the following business day.
